• Our total commissions are listed below. We charge a $49 monthly marketing fee and the balance at closing.
• You select the commission fee you would like to offer to the Buyer’s Agent in the Realtors’ MLS System.

Full Service FSBO – 0.5% or 0.9% - Known as “Blue Ribbon FSBO” since 1998, this plan has been updated to be more flexible for you in today’s tough market. If you are a homeowner willing to do some of the work it will save us time and save you money. Our fee is only0.9% if you use your sign, flyers, and lock box, or only 0.5% if you use ours because our combination typically leads to a faster sale. And if we find the buyer and they are not working with another Realtor, we collect only the fee offered in the MLS system and you keep the additional 0.9% or 0.5% at closing.  

Full Service FOR LESS – 1.5% – the best of both real estate worlds. You receive most if not all of the features and benefits you might expect from a traditional “Big” Company listing, marketing, and selling plan, but with ours you keep more of your equity at closing.
